Blom&Moors was established in 2007 through a partnership between Ginette Blom and Jacqueline Moors.

From 2003 to 2007, Ginette Blom (Nieuwer-Amstel, 1961) ran her own business Blom ontwerpen bno-bni, after previously being employed by Atelier Quadrat and MTD Landschapsarchitecten. She studied spatial design at the Academy of Arts in Den Bosch and interior architecture and micro-environment urban design at the Utrecht School of Arts (HKU). She worked as a senior lecturer for the Master's degree programme for Public Space Design at the MAHKU and has written many articles for various trade magazines including De Blauwe Kamer and Scape. She also works independently on architectural assignments and autonomous visual work.

From 1991 to 2007, Jacqueline Moors (Roggel, 1966) ran her own business Jacqueline Moors bno ontwerp openbare ruimte (design of public space). Jacqueline Moors studied at the Design Academy (formerly the AIVE, design department Man and Environment) and at the design department of the Jan van Eijck Academy. Since 2015 she is a coordinator of the main phase and teacher at Art, Communication and Design (experience design), Fontys University of the Arts. Her fascination for public space is also evident from her contribution to meetings about the public domain.

Blom&Moors is active within the Professional Organization of Dutch Designers. Ginette and Jacqueline guide young designers in their creative careers as mentors.
